“Some Like It Hot” is surely one of the funniest movies ever made and here is easily one of
the most unique items we’ve ever featured! Up for auction is the United Artists soundtrack
LP for the movie, autographed by both Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis who created movie
magic together as the band members who witnessed a gang slaying and had to go in disguise
as “Daphne and Josephine” to escape the mob on their trail.This LP was autographed on
differing occasions when the stars guested in the 90’s on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”
over 40 years after the original release of the movie in 1958.  The recording itself is in NM
(Near Mint) condition, while the album is in Excellent (EX) shape, except for a hole punch
at the top left of it.  Such hole punches were used to mark Discontinued Records, which
believe it or not, this album was once up a time.
The record was part of a vast collection owned by a well known TV writer and producer
who kept good care of it which can be easily demonstrated in the photos we are
displaying for your close inspection!
