This is a package of a hand-signed Billy Gibbons card (to “Kelly”) as well as the El Loco LP and a 2019 ticket from the 50th anniversary
tour where the item was signed / the card is clear-taped to the cover of the record / the card itself is a color reproduction and not an original painting--but the signature is 100% real (a little bit of marker from the signature is on the cover) / the ticket is loose (and shows staining) / the record and sleeve VG+ condition / the original printed inner sleeve has some splitting
