I believe that this doll is the Rare Vintage 1986 Pedigree Sindy, the last Sindy Doll issued by Pedigree
Markings on Nape/Back of Head:  Sindy
Sindy has vibrant/ high color painted facial features, painted eyelashes with blue eye shadow.  No holes in ears, no green ear.  Long clean, shiny side part platinum blonde hair, all plugs in place. Neck knob and single waist joint (moves three ways).  All fingers and toes present.  Arms move up & down, they do not bend.  Both legs bend and click.  All fingers and toes present.  Body has a nice overall tone.  Playwear.  Light dot mark on the back of left thigh, scuffs both sides right ankle, very light marks right thigh, (photo 11 & 12)
Sindy will arrive in colorful pastel overalls with a matching hair ribbon and boots including sunglasses, overalls in excellent condition with ties in place, boots have issues depicted
