A vintage cookbook titled “Port Purée” produced by the Bremerhaven Air Force Officers’ Wives Club ( with help from their friends in the Army, Navy and Marines). Measures approx. 7-3/4 ins. x 5-1/4 ins. with 118 pages in stiff paper covers. Pages are only printed on one side so technically it has twice as many pages. Sound condition with some light soil and spots to covers, small marks to page edges and some flex marks at the corners. Small tear at right edge of front cover (about the spot where your thumb would sit when you thumb through the book) and previous owner name on title page. Pages are unmarked with a light, even tone. A scarce Cold War item and a facility from which items are not often seen. Questions gladly answered.
