Vintage 1960's Barbie/Ken/Skipper/Tammy Doll Birthday Card and Birthday Cake

Original owner has had this card and cake in smoke free storage for a very long time. I was sure they were part of a doll set, but I can't track it down.  1" diameter, two layer cake is made of wood, with a cardboard top.  The card is 7/8" tall, has a little bit of stain or water mark on the front right corner, blank inside.
