In a very used condition. This looks like it’s a leather edged patch with hook loop on the back. The patch is so rough that it’s hard to tell if it’s leather or just cloth. I get most of my patches second hand and cannot vouch for the age of the patch, unless it’s one of my personal patches or it came from a reputable source.
