    Supplies Needed:
    - Sublimatable substrate
    - Sublimation transfer paper
    - Teflon or scratch paper
    - Heat tape
    - Soft paper towel (optional)
    - Heat resistance gloves
    Heat press settings:
    - temp: 400 degrees F
    - dwell time: 1:00 - 2:30 minutes
    - pressure: light to medium
    Dwell time:
    1-35 square inch: 1-1:15 minutes
    35-100 square inch: 1:15-1:45 minutes
    100-248 square inch: 1:45-2:30 minutes
    Notes:
    1. The recommended setting above for sublimation may need
    adjustments for best results. Sublimation setting will vary
    depending on the heat press brand and model ink and paper
    and atmospheric conditions
    2. The layers of soft paper towel help trap ink that is dispersed
    outside of the edges of the substrate if there is an overprint
    area or full bleed in the artwork.
    3. Although there is an easel attached to the product it should
    not affect the pressing process. Place items into the press as
    indicated below.
    Sublimation Instructions:
    Layer the press from the bottom pad to the top heat platen as follows:
    1. teflon sheet or scratched paper
    2. 2-3 layers of soft paper towel (optional)
    3. substrate
    4. transfer paper (with image)
    5. teflon sheet or scratch paper
    Steps:
    1. Place the teflon sheet or scratch paper and paper towels
    on the press
    2. Remove the protective plastic coating (if any) of the substrate
    3. Position the substrate onto the transfer paper and adhere
    transfer
    paper to substrate using heat tape
    4. Place transfer paper and substrate into the press (transfer
    paper on top of substrate)
    5. Place teflon sheet or scratch paper over the transfer paper
    6. Press items using the sublimation settings above
    7. Remove items from the press immediately. Use heat
    resistance
    gloves - the items will be very hot
    8. Remove transfer paper from substrate
