I would grade the condition of this album as very good.  There's wear around the edges and a bit of soiling as you might expect from an album dated 1977.  In addition, please note that this listing is for the album covers only, the vinyl is not included.
And please also examine the autographs closely; you will find that Mark's, Carrie's and John's look absolutely fantastic, Peter decided to go over his first name a second time!
