While you may have seen a small handful of other "Dude" self portraits done by Jeff on bowling pins, I'll bet you've NEVER seen one on a Bowling Ball before.  It's obvious that he took his time with this piece, as well.  The level of detail in this self portrait is heads and shoulders above any other I've ever seen.  Just check out those sleepy eyelids, man!
These items were acquired, as a set, from a benefit auction held on behalf of a private school in Santa Barbara approximately 8 years ago.
The set was dropped off at Jeff's home a few weeks before the benefit auction by a personal friend.  These pieces were not hastily signed or drawn at some chance encounter or public appearance.  They were created by Jeff, in his home.
