This is a almost new projector with only 140 hours on the projector, lamp and filter.  I am a system integrator and this was installed at a client for the past month and they decided they needed a brighter projector.  It was professionally installed and removed.  It has been professionally gone through and is in excellent condition.  The projector includes: Standard Lens SD903W, Remote control and a power cord.  You can download the manual online.  It does not include the original packaging.
