I am an attorney and have taken possession of the machine for a client of mine.
The prior owner of the machine advised me that the machine will need maintenance to work at its best. She estimated, it would cost about ,000.
I have plugged in the machine and it turns on / powers up. The lights come on and do not indicate any errors. The tee shirt holder moves without any limitation.
I have not personally used the machine nor would I know how to.
The low asking price reflects the above maintenance and unknowns.
