This is the older version of him sitting on a stump
Figurine is in Excellent Condition with the
exception of one tiny rub mark on his left knee  it is really hard to see and tried to get photo see last one for a better look  the paint is not off it just looks like a lighter color  *  no chips or repairs   so overall I would still rate excellent condition
Measures 5 Inches Tall and is Marked: Walt Disney Productions/Japan on the bottom
