2013 Factory Five GTM

For sale here is a 2013 Factory Five GTM Gen II project car. I am relisting because of a bidder who refused to pay the required deposit or complete balance.
I acquired the car 3 years ago from the estate of an elderly gentleman who had barely begun to assemble the car. Once it was in my shop, further inspection revealed that some parts were missing. After inventorying the parts, I assembled a list and submitted it to the estate. A search was launched to find the parts. The kit was moved three times between the owner's homes. After 2 1/2 years the parts failed to appear. I submitted the list of missing parts to Factory Five and they sent me a quotation for ,669.12 for the entire list (see attached quotation marked invoice 121024 -four pages). Originally, the kit was acquired for ,511.00 and included extras: transaxle adapter kit (9.00), titanium colored wheels (99.00), heat/AC kit (50.00), GTM Cold Air Intake Kit (9.00), Carbon Fiber Gen II Splitter (9.00), Carbon Fiber Extension (9.00)( see invoices 3614 -two pages).
The kit has been stored indoors since new and is in excellent shape. At present, I have too many projects and this one has worn my patience out with the lost parts issue. Therefore I am going to sell it very reasonably. Someone will get a great opportunity to build their own supercar. The entire kit is sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. It is sold FOB Denver, Colorado and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I do ship internationally and have had experience doing so. The first invoices shown are the two pages of the original purchase order (,511.00). The remaining four pages are the quote for the missing parts(,669.12). The stack of boxes are the parts that are included.

The non-refundable deposit of 00.00 is due within 48 hrs of your winning bid. The entire balance is due 7 days from the winning bid. I will accept cash or check which will have to clear my bank before I will release the vehicle. I can hold the vehicle up to 30 days to allow you to pick it up. If you are a low feedback bidder or have any non payments on your eBay account history, you must contact me prior to bidding or I will disallow your bid. No exceptions.
