Here is a single lot of
(2) Heavy Duty Tube Socket for 355A & Similar Base Tube - Westinghouse S793202
.
These sockets are the Amphenol equivalent of the Westinghouse brand.  No part number is shown on the socket.  Sockets measure approx 2 1/2 x 4" long with 1" extension for 2 1/4" feedthru in panel. Each socket weighs approx 1 pound.  Sockets must be mounted to allow tube being used in vertical position.
